Litters

Here at vom Haus Weinbrand, I normally only breed a litter when I am ready for a puppy to start training. I concentrate on quality not quantity. All of my litters are raised in the house, on the main floor, where they receive constant interaction with the rest of the family (human and canine).

I spend years researching and planning each litter.

Currently, I am in the planning stages for my next litter and am starting a waiting list.

Drama is a very exciting young female out of my D litter (Bosko X Brat). The entire D litter has been very successful for me with several dogs working in SchH, Police work, SAR, and service work in addition to wonderful pets. Drama is 2nd generation of my own breeding and 3rd generation HOT for me. I have raised/trained her grandmother and mother so have a good understanding of her lines and pedigree.

I have high hopes for Drama on the SchH field as well as in other venues in the future. She has natural tracking, food drive and excellent hunt drive. She also shows very good biddability, eagerness to work, natural focus in obedience and is very easy to train. Drama shows much power in bitework, she has a nice full bite, is very fast and hard to the sleeve and has nice balanced drives on the field with a serious side to her. She is very fun and exciting to work!

Off of the SchH field, she is sound with a nice temperament. Drama is aloof with strangers and very protective of the house and her people. She is wonderful with other dogs (big and small), puppies and even with her extreme drives she is a great house dog with a great on/off switch.

Drama is currently working in Schutzhund and will be bred after being titled later in 2010.

This upcoming litter will be 3rd generation of my own breeding as well as being 4th generation raw fed/minimally vaccinated and 2nd generation naturally reared on the dams side.

I will be looking for working homes for these pups and will give preference to experienced SchH, SAR and Police handlers. I except these pups to be excellent working prospects as well as good active family companions.
